Oct 17, 2018  The Dell UP2718Q is another flagship-level offering that provides a stunning, HDR-capable screen courtesy of wide gamut coverages and a 1000cd/m2 FALD backlight. This HDR professional monitor offers 100% Adobe RGB or up to 97.7% DCI-P3 with stunning out of the box accuracy. Jun 26, 2017  So given my specific needs, does it matter if I go for something like a 10-bit BenQ BL2711U, which is a 4K IPS monitor with 100% sRGB coverage, targeted at videography and CAD users, or a wide-gamut BenQ SW2700PT, which is 1440p but with 99% of Adobe RGB coverage. I have a monitor calibration tool (Spyder 4 Elite) which I'd be using with either.

Wide colour coverage: The new Dell UltraSharp 27 Monitor with PremierColour offers 100% Adobe RGB and 100% sRGB as well as two new colour spaces: 100% REC 709 and 98% DCI-P3, which are ideal for video editors during post-production work and animation designers who deal with colour-critical projects.

Precise, accurate colours:

Dell's software development kit, or SDK, enables customers with a proprietary colour solution to customize Dell UltraSharp Monitors with their preferred specifications. You can also fine-tune colour parameters, including RGBCMY saturation, RGBCMY hue, RGB and RGB offset.

Extensive colour gamut:
You’ll appreciate a high level of detail – even in dark areas – with a colour depth of 1.07 billion colours, That’s approximately 64 times more colours than standard monitors
